(EN)Lactone-rings of ginkgolides are converted into the corresponding tetrahydrofuran moieties via DIBAL-H reduction followed by deoxygenation of the formed lactols with Et3SiH/BF3 Et2O producing a series of lactol-free ginkgolides. The present invention also relates to synthesis of hydroxyl-free, or hydroxyl-free and lactone- free, ginkgolides and bilobalides .
(FR)Des anneaux de lactone de ginkgolides sont convertis en parties tétrahydrofurane correspondantes par une réduction par le DIBAL-H suivie d'une désoxygénation des lactols formés avec Et3SiH/BF3 Et2O produisant une série de ginkgolides sans lactol. La présente invention concerne également la synthèse de ginkgolides et de bilobalides sans hydroxyle ou sans hydroxyle et sans lactone.
