(EN)An internal antenna system (200) for reducing interference in a wireless communication device (100) is provided. The internal antenna system (200) comprises an antenna (202) and a housing (110). The housing is configured to reduce interference in the transmission caused by the metal surface of the housing. The housing is made of or plated with an electromagnetically transparent decorative metal (ETDM). The housing has metal islands, which are separated from each other by gaps. These gaps in the ETDM surface allow the radio frequency (RF) energy of signals transmitted by the antenna to pass through.
(FR)L'invention concerne un système d'antenne interne (200) qui permet de réduire les interférences dans un dispositif de communication sans fil (100). Le système d'antenne interne (200) comprend une antenne (202) et un boîtier (110). Le boîtier est configuré pour réduire les interférences à la transmission causées par la surface métallique du boîtier. Le boîtier est constitué, ou plaqué, de métal décoratif perméable aux ondes électromagnétiques (ETDM). Le boîtier comporte des îlots métalliques, séparés par des interstices. Les interstices ménagés dans la surface ETDM permettent le passage de l'énergie radiofréquence (RF) des signaux émis par l'antenne.
