Abstract:
(EN) A beverage dispenser having a source of water (120) and a source of gas (210). The beverage dispenser may include a beverage valve (160) connected by one or more water lines (110, 170, 260) to the source of water, a flow meter (230) positioned about the water lines so as to determine a flow rate therethrough, and a proportioning device (220) positioned about the source of gas (210) so as to mix a predetermined volume of gas into the lines based upon the flow rate as determined by the flow meter.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un distributeur de boisson qui comporte une source d’eau (120) et une source de gaz (210). Le distributeur de boisson peut comprendre une soupape de boisson (160) raccordée par l'intermédiaire d’une ou plusieurs conduites d’eau (110, 170, 260) à la source d’eau, un débitmètre (230) positionné autour des conduites d’eau afin de déterminer un débit à travers celles-ci, et un dispositif doseur (220) positionné autour de la source de gaz (210) afin de mélanger un volume prédéterminé de gaz dans les conduites sur la base du débit tel qu’il est déterminé par le débitmètre.
