(FR) PROCEDE DE PRODUCTION DE L-THREONINE
Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing L-threonine is described which includes the steps of culturing a microorganism belonging to the genus Escherichia that has an ability to produce L-threonine, in a fermentation medium containing a carbon source, a nitrogen source, and a sulfur source, and collecting L-threonine, wherein the sulfur concentration in the medium is regulated so that it is a predetermined level or lower.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de production de L-thréonine consistant: à mettre en culture un micro-organisme du genre Escherichia capable de produire la L-thréonine, dans un milieu de fermentation contenant une source de carbone, une source d'azote et une source de soufre, puis à recueillir la L-thréonine, la concentration en soufre étant régulée pour se maintenir à un niveau prédéterminé ou inférieur.
