Abstract:
(EN) A filter material fabricated by mixing 10 to 30% by mass of first fibers having a fiber diameter of 10 to 40 µm, 40 to 80% by mass of second fibers obtained by crimping natural fibers having a fiber diameter of 10 to 40 µm, and 10 to 30% by mass of third fibers having a fiber diameter of 5 to 10 µm. The filter material has low pressure loss, a high dust holding amount, and high dust filtration efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une matière filtrante, que l'on obtient en mélangeant de 10 à 30 % poids de premières fibres présentant un diamètre de fibre compris entre 10 et 40 $g(m)m, de 40 à 80 % poids de deuxièmes fibres obtenues par la frisure de fibres naturelles présentant un diamètre de fibre compris entre 10 et 40 $g(m)m, et de 10 à 30 % poids de troisièmes fibres présentant un diamètre de fibre compris entre 5 et 10 $g(m)m. La matière filtrante selon l'invention présente une faible perte de charge, un degré élevé de rétention de la poussière, et une grande efficacité de filtration de la poussière.
