(EN) A novel modified polysaccharide; a solid phase having the polysaccharide immobilized thereon; a method for detection of an N-deacetylase activity, an N-sulfotransferase activity or N-deacetylase/N-sulfotransferase activities in a sample utilizing the solid phase; and a detection kit for use in the method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un polysaccharide modifié innovant ; une phase solide sur laquelle le polysaccharide est immobilisé ; un procédé de détection d'une activité N-désacétylase, d'une activité N-sulfotransférase ou d'activités N-désacétylase/N-sulfotransférase dans un échantillon en utilisant la phase solide ; et un kit de détection à utiliser dans la mise en œuvre du procédé.
