Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a test method for determining postprandial hyperlipidemia in a stable manner without being affected by a diet intake. A method for detecting abnormal lipid metabolism without being affected by the intake of a diet, comprising the step of determining a small low density lipoprotein particle in a sample to be tested.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de test visant à déterminer de manière stable une hyperlipidémie postprandiale sans que celui-ci soit influencé par un apport alimentaire. Le procédé de test permet de détecter un métabolisme lipidique anormal sans que celui-ci ne soit influencé par la prise de nourriture et comprend l’étape permettant de détecter une petite particule de lipoprotéine de faible densité dans un échantillon à analyser.
(JA)  食事の影響を受けずに安定に食後高脂血症を判断するための測定方法の提供。  被検試料中の小粒子低比重リポ蛋白を測定することを特徴とする、食事の摂取の影響を受けずに脂質代謝異常を検出する方法。
