(JA) 強磁性形状記憶合金及びその用途
Abstract:
(EN) This invention provides a ferromagnetic shape memory alloy comprising 25 to 50 atomic% of Mn, 5 to 18 atomic% in total of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of In, Sn and Sb, and 0.1 to 15 atomic% of Co and/or Fe with the balance consisting of Ni and unavoidable impurities. The ferromagnetic shape memory alloy has excellent shape memory properties in a practical temperature region and causes a magnetic field induced reverse transformation in a practical temperature region, whereby the magnetism is changed and the shape is recovered.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un alliage à mémoire de forme ferromagnétique présentant une teneur atomique de Mn de 25 à 50 %, une teneur atomique totale de 5 à 18 % d'au moins un métal sélectionné parmi le groupe constitué de In, Sn et Sb, et une teneur atomique de 0,1 à 15 % de Co et/ou Fe, l'équilibrage consistant de Ni et d'impuretés inévitables. Cet alliage à mémoire de forme ferromagnétique présente d'excellentes propriétés de mémoire de forme dans une zone de température pratique et engendre une transformation inverse d'un champ magnétique induit dans une zone de température pratique, dans laquelle le magnétisme est modifié et la forme est recouvrée.
(JA)  Mnを25~50原子%、In、Sn及びSbからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種の金属を合計で5~18原子%、及びCo及び/又はFeを0.1~15原子%含有し、残部がNi及び不可避的不純物からなる強磁性形状記憶合金は、実用温度域での優れた形状記憶特性を有し、実用温度域で磁場誘起逆変態して磁性変化を伴い形状を回復する。
