Abstract:
(EN) A solar battery cell having increased mechanical strength achieved without an increase in resistance of electrodes. The solar battery cell (10) has a silicon substrate (3), an aluminum electrode (1) as a first electrode collecting electricity from the rear side of the silicon substrate (3), and a silver electrode (2) as a second electrode for taking out an output from the aluminum electrode (1). The aluminum electrode (1) has an opening (1a) formed in the rear side of the silicon substrate (3) and a cutout (1b) recessed from the opening (1a), in the direction in parallel with the direction of maim stress in a surface of the silicon substrate (3). The silver electrode (2) is formed covering at least the opening (1a) and the cutout (1b) of the aluminum electrode (1).
(FR) Cellule pour pile solaire présentant une résistance mécanique accrue obtenue sans augmenter la résistance des électrodes. La cellule pour pile solaire (10) selon l’invention comporte un substrat de silicium (3), une électrode en aluminium (1) comme première électrode collectant l’électricité depuis la face arrière du substrat de silicium (3), et une électrode en argent (2) comme seconde électrode pour recevoir une sortie depuis l’électrode en aluminium (1). L’électrode en aluminium (1) comporte une ouverture (1a) creusée à l'arrière du substrat de silicium (3) et un découpage (1b) en retrait par rapport à l'ouverture (1a), dans la direction parallèle à la direction de la contrainte principale dans la surface du substrat de silicium (3). L’électrode en argent (2) présente une forme qui lui permet de recouvrir au moins l'ouverture (1a) et le découpage (1b) de l'électrode en aluminium (1).
(JA)  この発明は、電極の抵抗を増大せずに、機械強度の大きい太陽電池セルを得ることを目的とする。  この発明に係る太陽電池セル10は、シリコン基板3と、シリコン基板3の裏面から集電する第一電極であるアルミ電極1と、アルミ電極1から出力を取り出す第二電極である銀電極2とを備え、アルミ1電極は、シリコン基板3の裏面上に形成され開口部1aおよび開口部1aからシリコン基板3面内における主応力の方向と平行な方向に窪む切欠部1bを有し、銀電極2は、アルミ電極1の少なくとも開口部1aと切欠部1bとを覆うように形成されるものである。
