Abstract:
(EN) A method of purifying an exhaust gas by means of an “adsorption unit (adsorption columns (7a, 7b)) including an adsorbent layer packed with precoated mesoporous active carbon” capable of alternately switched operations of adsorption and desorption, wherein prior to the treatment by means of the adsorption unit, a concentration increase is effected by means of a “pre-treatment unit (honeycomb rotor (11) or stationary honeycomb) including an adsorbent layer packed with precoated mesoporous active carbon” for concentrating of any dilute volatile hydrocarbon contained in the exhaust gas. Consequently, there can be provided a method of purifying large amounts of exhaust gas with dilute volatile hydrocarbon concentration, in which without emission of carbon dioxide, any volatile hydrocarbon contained can be recovered with extreme easiness as a liquid. Further, there can be provided a purification method in which “zero emission” is attained with respect to volatile hydrocarbons.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification d’un gaz d'échappement au moyen d'une « unité d'adsorption (colonnes d'adsorption (7a, 7b)) comprenant une couche d'adsorbant remplie de charbon actif mésoporeux pré-enduit » capable de basculer entre un fonctionnement d'adsorption et de désorption, selon lequel avant le traitement au moyen de l'unité d'adsorption, une augmentation de la concentration est effectuée au moyen d'une « unité de prétraitement (rotor en nid d'abeilles (11) ou nid d'abeilles stationnaire) comprenant une couche d'adsorbant remplie de charbon actif mésoporeux pré-enduit » pour la concentration de n’importe quel diluent de type hydrocarbure volatil contenu dans le gaz d'échappement. En conséquence, on peut fournir un procédé de purification de grandes quantités de gaz d'échappement par concentration d’un hydrocarbure volatile dilué, selon lequel, sans émission de dioxyde de carbone, n'importe quel hydrocarbure volatil contenu peut être récupéré avec une extrême facilité sous la forme d’un liquide. En outre, on peut fournir un procédé de purification selon lequel une « émission nulle » est atteinte en ce qui concerne les hydrocarbures volatils.
(JA)  吸着と脱着を交互に切り換えて運転することから成る「プレコートしたメソポアー活性炭を充填した吸着剤層から成る吸着装置(吸着塔7a,7b)」を用いた上記排ガスの浄化方法において、該吸着装置で処理する前に、予め排ガス中に含まれる希薄な揮発性炭化水素を濃縮するための「プレコートしたメソポアー活性炭を充填した吸着剤層から成る前処理装置(ハニカム式ローター11または定置型のハニカム)」を使用して濃度を高める。これにより、希薄な揮発性炭化水素濃度を含む大量の排ガスを浄化する方法であって、炭酸ガスを放出しない、かつ、含まれている揮発性炭化水素を液体として極めて容易に回収し得る上記浄化方法を提供すること。加えて、揮発性炭化水素に関し「ゼロエミツション」を達成するための上記浄化方法を提供することができる。
