Abstract:
(EN) [PROBLEMS] To provide a polyethylene resin laminate film, more specifically a polyethylene resin film having a good balance of heat-sealing property and stiffness of the film, having less fish-eyes, having little fisheyes and also having less unevenness in thickness. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A polyethylene resin laminate film having at least a laminate layer (A) and a seal layer (B), the laminate layer (A) comprising at least two polyethylene resins each having a density of 900 to 970 kg/m3 and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 2.0 to 3.5, the densities of the at least two polyethylene resins being different from each other, the average density of the laminate layer being 920 to 945 kg/m3, the seal layer (B) comprising a polyethylene resin having a density of 900 to 930 kg/m3, and the average density of the laminate layer (A) being larger than that of the seal layer (B).
(FR) L'invention a pour objet un film stratifié de résine de polyéthylène, plus précisément un film de résine de polyéthylène ayant un bon équilibre entre la propriété de thermosoudage et la rigidité du film, ayant peu d'yeux de poisson et ayant également moins d'irrégularités en ce qui concerne l'épaisseur. L'invention concerne un film stratifié de résine de polyéthylène ayant au moins une couche stratifiée (A) et une couche de scellement (B), la couche stratifiée (A) comprenant au moins deux résines de polyéthylène ayant chacune une densité de 900 à 970 kg/m3 et une distribution du poids moléculaire (Mw/Mn) de 2,0 à 3,5, les densités des au moins deux résines de polyéthylène étant différentes l'une de l'autre, la densité moyenne de la couche stratifiée étant de 920 à 945 kg/m3, la couche de scellement (B) comprenant une résine de polyéthylène ayant une densité de 900 à 930 kg/m3 et la densité moyenne de la couche stratifiée (A) étant plus grande que celle de la couche de scellement (B).
(JA) 【課題】 ポリエチレン系樹脂積層フィルムに関する。より詳しくは、ヒートシール性とフィルムの剛性のバランス取れている上に、フィシュアイが少なく、厚み斑の少ないポリエチレン系樹脂フィルムを提供すること。 【解決手段】 少なくてもラミネート層(A)およびシール層(B)よりなるポリエチレン系樹脂積層フィルムにおいて、ラミネート層(A)が、密度900~970kg/m で、かつ分子量分布(Mw/Mn)が2.0~3.5である密度の異なるポリエチレン樹脂を2種以上配合してなり、その平均密度が920~945kg/mであり、シール層 (B)が、密度が900~930kg/mのポリエチレン樹脂よりなり、かつ、ラミネート層(A)の平均密度がシール層(B)の平均密度よりも大きいことを同時に満たすポリエチレン系樹脂積層フィルム。
