Abstract
(EN) It is intended to provide a nutritional supplement for a food or a medicine, by which a food or a medicine being hard to take or a food-industry waste having a high nutritional value can be easily and safely taken even by young children and which has a high nutritional value, and a fat. Owing to the high buffering effect, the supplement can be used at a low price without waste and is scarcely denatured. It is made from milk, starch, sugar and vitamin C. When the supplement is dissolved in a natural fat, it remains stable over a long time at room temperature. It can be used in any materials such as a powder, a paste, an aqueous solution, an oily solution or a biscuit. The fat product can be blended with an aqueous solution even in an amount thousands times as much as it. Thus, a powerful and safe surfactant can be obtained. Margarines, shortenings, whips, spreads and so on, in which it has been unavoidable hitherto to use processed fat and oil with high risk, can be produced by using highly safe natural materials alone. Thus, a non-temper and non-bloom chocolate product free from caffeine cacao, which is healthy and less expensive, can be produced. A laver product with the use of the fat does not get wet over a long time. The fat quickly relieves a cough. Moreover, it is possible to produce a highly safe olive oil margarine. It becomes needless to remove astringency from olive, etc. Furthermore, medicines can be produced by using the highly safe fat.
(FR) L’invention concerne un complément alimentaire d’une valeur nutritionnelle élevée qui est destiné à un aliment ou un médicament et qui permet même aux jeunes enfants de prendre facilement et sans danger un aliment ou un médicament difficile à avaler ou un déchet de l’industrie alimentaire possédant une valeur nutritionnelle élevée ; ainsi qu’une graisse. Grâce à l’effet tampon, le complément peut être utilisé à un faible coût sans être gaspillé et il est à peine dénaturé. Le complément contient du lait, de l’amidon, du sucre et de la vitamine C. Lorsque le complément est dissous dans une graisse naturelle, il reste longtemps stable à température ambiante. Il peut être utilisé dans quelque matière que ce soit, telle une poudre, une pâte, une solution aqueuse, une solution huileuse ou un biscuit. Le produit à base de graisse peut être mélangé avec une solution aqueuse et ce, même dans une quantité qui lui est mille fois supérieure. On obtient ainsi un surfactant puissant et sûr. Tous les produits dans lesquels l’utilisation de graisse et d’huile traitées à haut risque était inévitable jusqu’ici, tels les margarines, les shortenings, les crèmes, les pâtes à étaler, entre autres, peuvent être produits en employant des matières naturelles seules en toute sécurité. On peut alors obtenir un produit à base de chocolat non tempéré, sans blanchiment gras et exempte de caféine de cacao, qui est sain et moins cher. L’utilisation de la graisse permet à un produit à base de porphyre de rester longtemps sec. La graisse calme vite une toux. De surcroît, on peut produire en toute sécurité une margarine à base d’huile d’olive. On a plus besoin de retirer l’astringence de l’olive, etc. La graisse permet également de produire des médicaments en toute sécurité.
(JA)  飲食しにくい食物や薬や栄養価が高い食品産業廃棄物などを楽に、幼少児でも安全に使え、栄養価も高い食薬補助物と油脂を提供する。高いバッファー作用で、安価で無駄なく使え変性しにくい。材料はミルク類と澱粉類と砂糖類とビタミンC類。天然油脂に溶解した物は、室温保存で長期に安定である。対象が粉でもペーストでも水溶液でも油溶液でもビスケットでも何にでも使えた。製品の千倍量の水溶液でもこの油脂製品に混入できた。強力安全な界面活性剤が出来た。危険な加工油脂を使わざるを得なかったマーガリン・ショートニング・ホイップ・スプレッド類を、安全な天然物だけで作れた。おいしく健康的で安価なカフェインカカオ0%無テンパリング無ブルームチョコができた。海苔に使うと長期間湿気なかった。これらの油脂は頑固な咳を急速に止めた。安全なオリーブオイルマーガリンも作れた。オリーブ等の渋抜きが無用となった。安全な油脂を使った薬も作れた。
