A motor-integrated internal gear pump that is inexpensive and highly reliable while maintaining characteristics of small size and inexpensive functions. The motor-integrated internal gear pump (80) has a pump section (81) with an inner rotor (1), an outer rotor (2), a pump casing, and an inner shaft (5). The pump casing has flat inner surfaces facing both end surfaces of each of the inner rotor (1) and the outer rotor (2). The inner shaft (5) has a bearing section (51) inserted into a shaft hole of the inner rotor (1) and fitting sections (53) extending axially outward from both end surfaces of the inner shaft (51). The pump casing is constructed from two pump casing members (3, 4) where the flat inner surfaces (25, 26) are formed as separate members. The fitting sections (53) of the inner shaft (5) are fitted in fitting holes (27a, 28a) formed in the flat inner surfaces of the two pump casing members (3, 4), and the two pump casing members (3, 4) are joined to each other at a position more on the outside than the outer diameter of the outer rotor, with the flat inner surfaces (25, 26) made to be in contact with both end surfaces of the bearing section (51).

L’invention concerne une pompe à engrenages interne intégrée à un moteur qui s’avère économique et très fiable tout en restant compacte. La pompe à engrenages interne intégrée à un moteur (80) comprend une partie pompe (81) dotée d’un rotor interne (1), d’un rotor externe (2), d’un corps de pompe et d’un arbre interne (5). Le corps de pompe possède des surfaces intérieures planes qui font face aux deux surfaces terminales du rotor interne (1) et du rotor externe (2). L’arbre interne (5) comprend une section d’appui (51) insérée dans un orifice d’arbre du rotor interne (1) et des sections de montage (53) se prolongeant axialement vers l’extérieur des deux surfaces terminales de la section d’appui (51). Le corps de pompe est assemblé à partir de deux éléments (3, 4) ayant des surfaces intérieures planes (25, 26) formées en tant qu’éléments distincts. Les sections de montage (53) de l’arbre interne (5) sont ajustées dans des orifices de montage (27a, 28a) formés dans les surfaces intérieures planes des deux éléments de corps de pompe (3, 4), puis ces deux éléments (3, 4) sont accouplés à une position plus à l’extérieur que le diamètre extérieur du rotor externe, les surfaces intérieures planes (25, 26) entrant alors en contact avec les deux surfaces terminales de la section d’appui (51).

 モータ一体型内接歯車式ポンプとしての小型、安価な機能を維持しつつ、さらに安価で信頼性の高いものとすること。  モータ一体型内接歯車式ポンプ80は、内ロータ1、外ロータ2、ポンプケーシング及び内軸5を有するポンプ部81を備える。ポンプケーシングは、内ロータ1及び外ロータ2の両端面に対向する平坦内面を備える。内軸5は、内ロータ1の軸穴内に挿入される軸受部51と、その両端面から軸方向両側に延びる嵌合部53とを備える。ポンプケーシングは、平坦内面25、26を各々別部材として形成する2つのポンプケーシング部材3、4から構成される。2つのポンプケーシング部材3、4の平坦内面に形成した嵌合穴27a,28aに内軸5の嵌合部53が嵌合され、軸受部51の両端面に平坦内面25,26を接して2つのポンプケーシング部材3、4が外ロータの外径よりも外側で互いに接合されている。
