Abstract:
(EN) The invention proposes a method for detecting an access entity in a network comprising the access entity and a device for wireless communication, wherein the detection is performed with respect to a changeable parameter, and for each specified parameter the following steps are performed: buffering data packets to be transmitted between the device for wireless communication and the access entity, performing the scan process, by the device for wireless communication, based on the specified parameter, and transmitting the buffered packets between the device for wireless communcation and the access entity. The invention also proposes a corresponding device for wireless communication.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de détecter une entité d'accès dans un réseau comprenant l'entité d'accès et un dispositif de communication sans fil, la détection étant effectuée par rapport à un paramètre modifiable. Pour chaque paramètre spécifié, les étapes suivantes sont effectuées: mise en tampon de paquets de données à transmettre entre le dispositif de communication sans fil et l'entité d'accès; mise en oeuvre du processus de balayage par le dispositif de communication sans fil en fonction du paramètre spécifié; et transmission des paquets mis en tampon entre le dispositif de communication sans fil et l'entité d'accès. L'invention concerne également un dispositif correspondant de communication sans fil.
