(EN)Disclosed is a method for the preparation of an aqueous doripenem solution while minimizing the thermal decomposition of doripenem. It is found that the thermal decomposition of doripenem can be prevented by heating an aqueous doripenem suspension in a flow system, and thus an aqueous doripenem solution can be prepared.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une solution aqueuse de doripénem permettant de minimiser la décomposition thermique du doripénem. Il a été mis en évidence que la décomposition thermique du doripénem pouvait être évitée en chauffant une suspension aqueuse de doripénem dans un système d'écoulement. Une solution aqueuse de doripénem peut ainsi être préparée.
(JA) 熱によるドリペネムの分解を抑制しつつ、ドリペネムの水溶液を製造する方法を見出す。  ドリペネムの水懸濁液を流通式に加熱することにより、熱によるドリペネムの分解を抑制できることを見出し、ドリペネムの水溶液を製造することができることを見出した。
