(EN)A substrate for biochip that not only facilitates immobilization but also without self luminescence, can be easily wrought and that excels in planarity and surface precision. The main body of biochip substrate is made of a metal, and the matter obtained by superimposing a carbon layer having an active group on the metal made substrate main body is used as a substrate for biochip. This biochip substrate, as the substrate main body is made of a metal, not only ensures easy working but also is free from cracking or breakoff to thereby excel in handling, and further can attain high planarity and surface precision. Therefore, there would not occur such a problem that focusing of optical system is difficult at the detection of fluorescence. Moreover, as the substrate main body is made of a metal, there would not occur any self luminescence of fluorescence. Further, as the carbon layer has an active group, such as amino, bio-related substances can be easily immobilized.
(FR)L'invention concerne un substrat pour biopuce qui facilite non seulement l'immobilisation, mais peut également, sans auto-luminescence, être facilement travaillé et qui excelle en termes de planarité et de précision de surface. Le corps principal du substrat de la biopuce est fait en métal, et la substance obtenue par superposition d'une couche de carbone ayant un groupe actif sur le corps principal du substrat fait en métal est utilisée en tant que substrat pour biopuce.
