A photo detecting apparatus (1) comprises a photo diode (PDm,n), a switch (SWm,n), an integrating circuit (12m) and a CDS circuit (13m). The integrating circuit (12m) accumulates a charge, which is received from the photo diode (PDm,n) via the switch (SWm,n) and a wiring (Lm), into a capacitor (Cf) and outputs a voltage in accordance with the amount of the accumulated charge. The CDS circuit (13m) uses, as a reference voltage, a voltage outputted from the integrating circuit (12m) at a reference time point, at which a clamp switch (SW3) is opened, and outputs a voltage in accordance with the difference between a voltage outputted from the integrating circuit (12m) after the reference time point and the reference voltage. When the capacitance value of the wiring (Lm) and that of the capacitor (Cf) are represented by Cw and Cf, respectively, and further when the gain band product of an amplifier (A2) included in the integrating circuit (12m) is represented by GBW, a time period (T) from a time point, at which a switch (SW2) is opened and the integrating circuit (12m) becomes able to accumulate the charge, till the reference time point is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.

L’invention concerne un appareil de détection de photo (1) comprenant une diode photo (PDm,n), un commutateur (SWm,n), un circuit d’intégration (12m) et un circuit CDS (13m). Le circuit d’intégration (12m) accumule une charge, qui est reçue à partir de la diode photo (PDm,n) via le commutateur (SWm,n) et un câble (Lm), dans un condensateur (Cf) et émet une tension de sortie en fonction de la quantité de charge accumulée. Le circuit CDS (13m) utilise, comme tension de référence, une tension émise par le circuit d’intégration (12m) à un point temporel de référence, auquel est ouvert un commutateur de blocage (SW3), et émet une tension correspondant à la différence entre une tension émise à partir du circuit d’intégration (12m) après le point temporel de référence et la tension de référence. Lorsque la valeur de capacité du câble (Lm) et celle du condensateur (Cf) sont respectivement représentées par Cw et Cf, et plus encore lorsque le produit de la bande de gain d’un amplificateur (A2) inclus dans le circuit d’intégration (12m) est représenté par GBW, une période temporelle (T) à partir d’un point temporel, auquel est ouvert un commutateur (SW2) et le circuit d’intégration (12m) devient capable d’accumuler la charge, jusqu’à ce que le point temporel de référence soit supérieur ou égal à une valeur prédéterminée.
