(EN)The present invention provides polypeptides having the property of binding to a given Class I pMHC CHARACTERISED IN THAT said polypeptide has a KD for the said given Class I pMHC of less than or equal to l&mgr;M and/or has an off-rate (koff) for the said given Class I pMHC molecule of 2 S-1 or slower AND said polypeptide has at least a 45 % identity and/or 55 % similarity to SEQ ID NO: 7 AND said polypeptide inhibits CD8 binding to the given pMHC to a greater extent than the polypeptide SEQ ID NO: 3. Such polypeptides are useful, either alone or associated with a therapeutic agent, for the inhibition of cyto-toxic T cell (CTL) responses.
(FR)Polypeptides ayant la propriété de se lier avec une classe I donnée pMHC caractérisés par le fait qu'ils présentent un KD pour la classe I donnée pMHC inférieur ou égal à 1µM et/ou ayant une vitesse (koff) pour la molécule de classe I donnée pMHC de 2 S-1 ou plus lente et par le fait qu'ils comprennent au moins une identité 45 % et/ou une similitude 55 % avec SEQ ID NO: 7 et qu'ils inhibent mieux la liaison CD8 avec la pMHC donnée par rapport à la SEQ ID NO: 3.
