Abstract
(EN) A manufacturing system configured for automated operational state tracking and management includes an automated manufacturing execution system (MES) in communication with manufacturing equipment, equipment integration software (EIS) configured to provide an interface between the MES and the manufacturing equipment, and a plug-in module in operable communication with the EIS. The plug-in module is configured to automatically obtain information regarding rules for changing defined operational states, and to receive triggering event information from the manufacturing equipment. The plug-in module is further configured to compare the triggering event information with the rules, and to change the present operational state of the manufacturing equipment in accordance with the rules.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de fabrication pour la détection et la gestion automatisées d'états de fonctionnement, qui comprend un système d'exécution de fabrication (MES) communiquant avec l'équipement de fabrication, un logiciel d'intégration d'équipement assurant l'interface entre le MES et l'équipement de fabrication, et un module enfichable pouvant communiquer avec un logiciel d'intégration d'équipement. Le module enfichable permet d'obtenir automatiquement les informations relatives aux règles servant à modifier les états de fonctionnement, et de recevoir de l'équipement de fabrication les données relatives à des événements déclencheurs. Le module enfichable permet en outre de comparer les données relatives aux événements déclencheurs avec les règles, et de modifier l'état de fonctionnement actuel de l'équipement de fabrication selon les règles.
