Bei dem Verfahren ist zur Überwachung einer automatisierten industriellen Anlage (2) die Erfassung und Analyse von Steuersignalen (S(Ti)) vorgesehen. Hierbei wird zunächst eine für den Verlauf eines jeweiligen Steuersignals (S(Ti)) zu erwartende Signalcharakteristik (CE(Ti)definiert. Aus dem Verlauf des aktuellen Steuersignals (S(Ti)) wird eine aktuelle Signalcharakteristik (CS) erstellt und mit der zu erwartenden Signalcharakteristik (CE(Ti)) verglichen. Bei einer unzulässigen Abweichung dieser beiden Charakteristiken voneinander wird die aktuelle Signalcharakteristik (CS) als eine anomale Signalcharakteristik (C`S) eingestuft. Hierdurch ist insbesondere auch eine Online-Analyse ermöglicht.

The invention relates to a method for monitoring an automatic industrial arrangement (2) which is used to detect and analyse control signals (S(Ti)). According to the invention, an expected signal characteristic (CE(Ti) for the course of a respective control signal (S(Ti)) is initially defined. From the course of the respective control signal (S(Ti)), an actual signal characteristic (CS) is established and is compared to the expected signal characteristic (CE(Ti)). In the event of an inadmissible deviation between said characteristics, the actual signal characteristic (CS) is classified as an anormal signal characteristic (C`S). As a result, an online-analyse is also possible.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour surveiller une installation industrielle automatisée (2), faisant intervenir la détection et l'analyse de signaux de commande (S(Ti)). Selon l'invention, une caractéristique de signal théorique (CE(Ti) pour l'allure d'un signal de commande respectif (S(Ti)), est tout d'abord définie. A partir de l'allure du signal de commande réel (S(Ti)), une caractéristique de signal réelle (CS) est établie et comparée avec la caractéristique de signal théorique (CE(Ti). En cas de divergence inadmissible entre ces deux caractéristiques, la caractéristique de signal réelle (CS) est classifiée en tant que caractéristique de signal anormale (C`S). Cela permet en particulier la mise en oeuvre d'une analyse en ligne.
