Title (EN) METHOD FOR COMBINING SEVERAL DNA MICROARRAY DATASETS
(FR) PROCEDE PERMETTANT DE COMBINER PLUSIEURS ENSEMBLES DE DONNEES D'UNE PUCE A ADN
Abstract: front page image
(EN)The present invention is a method for combining several DNA microarray datasets produced on different platforms into one large study. The datasets are combined via their principal or independent components allowing the construction of a single classifier that can classify samples from several datasets. Such classification can for example be for medical diagnosis or prognosis purposes.
