Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Schaltungsanordnung zur Positions- und/oder Geschwindigkeitsregelung eines linearen Antriebes, insbesondere eines Servoantriebes für einen Linearroboter. Eine elektrische Maschine wird über einen Umrichter (3) mit einer Steuereinheit (4) angespeist und die Motorposition, insbesondere sensorlos oder über einen Lagesensor (7), bestimmt. Dieses Motorpositionssignal und ein, über ein in der Steuereinheit (4) vorgesehenes, am bewegten Teil des Linearantriebes angeordnetes, Accelerometer (5) erzeugtes, Beschleunigungssignal werden mathematisch zu einem Geschwindigkeitssignal verrechnet. Dieses Geschwindigkeitssignal wird zur Regelung des Antriebes herangezogen. Das Accelerometer (5) ist als ein Micro Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) ausgeführt und in der mitbewegten Steuereinheit (4) integriert.
(EN) The invention relates to a method and a circuit arrangement for position and/or speed control of a linear drive, in particular, a servo drive for a linear robot. An electric motor is supplied by a converter (3) with a control unit (4) and the motor position determined, in particular, by a sensor-free method or by means of a positional sensor (7). Said motor position signal and an acceleration signal, generated by an accelerometer (5), provided in the control unit (4) on the moving piece of the linear drive is mathematically converted to give a speed signal. Said speed signal is tapped for control of the drive. The accelerometer (5) is embodied as a Micro Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) and integrated in the jointly moving controller (4).
(FR) Procédé et circuit destinés au réglage de la position et / ou de la vitesse d'un dispositif d'entraînement linéaire, en particulier d'une servocommande pour un robot linéaire. Un moteur électrique est alimenté via un convertisseur (3) pourvu d'une unité de commande (4) et la position du moteur est déterminée en particulier sans capteur ou à l'aide d'un capteur de position (7). Ce signal de position de moteur et un signal d'accélération produit par un accéléromètre (5) situé dans l'unité de commande (4) et fixé sur la partie mobile du dispositif d'entraînement linéaire sont transformés mathématiquement en un signal de vitesse. Ce signal de vitesse est utilisé pour le réglage du dispositif d'entraînement. L'accéléromètre (5) se présente sous forme de système microélectromécanique (MEMS) intégré dans l'unité de commande (4) avec laquelle il se déplace.
