Abstract
(EN) The present invention is directed to systems and methods of distinguishing acoustic noise from valid plate contacts in vibration sensitive devices such as vibration sensing touch panels. The energy content of the detected vibration spectrum can be analyzed for features characteristic of noise, for example a higher relative contribution from high frequencies due in part to preferential coupling of above coincidence frequencies over below coincidence frequencies.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour différencier un bruit acoustique de contacts valides au niveau d'une plaque dans des dispositifs sensibles aux vibrations, tels que des écrans tactiles sensibles aux vibrations. Le contenu énergétique du spectre de vibrations détecté peut être analysé pour identifier des paramètres caractéristiques du bruit, par exemple une contribution relative supérieure à partir de fréquences élevées en raison notamment d'un couplage préférentiel des fréquences au-dessus de la coïncidence par rapport aux fréquences au-dessous de la coïncidence.
