Abstract:
(EN) A method and system for measuring liquid conductivity utilizing an acoustic wave sensor. In general, an acoustic wave device can be provided with one or more interdigital transducers, including at least a first interdigital transducer and at least a second interdigital transducer having a cavity formed therebetween, wherein liquid comes into contact with the cavity. For example, a liquid, such as oil, may flow through the cavity. A measurement of the resistance and/or frequency of the acoustic wave device next to the cavity can be performed in order to obtain data indicative of the conductivity of the liquid.
(FR) L’invention décrit un procédé et un système pour la mesure de la conductivité d'un liquide utilisant un capteur à onde acoustique. En général, un dispositif à onde acoustique peut comprendre un ou plusieurs transducteurs interdigitaux, y compris au moins un premier transducteur interdigital, et au moins un deuxième transducteur interdigital, une cavité étant formée entre eux et le liquide venant en contact avec la cavité. Un liquide, de l'huile par exemple, peut circuler dans la cavité. Il est possible de réaliser une mesure de la résistance et/ou de la fréquence du dispositif à onde acoustique à proximité de la cavité pour obtenir des données indiquant la conductivité du liquide.
