Abstract
(EN) A seal ring having strength and air permeability in spite of its simple structure and a method of easily manufacturing the seal ring at low cost. The seal ring (A) interposed between a rotating side member (3) and a fixed side member (4) and sealing between the inside and the outside of the seal ring between these two members (3) and (4) comprises a core (6) formed of a net-like body, an elastic seal member (7) formed of an elastic material integrally fixed to the core (6) in a partially penetrated state into the net space of the net-like body, and an exposed portion (6a) from which a part of the core (6) is exposed by the removal of a part of the seal member (7). The seal ring is characterized in that, in the state of being interposed between these two members (3) and (4), the exposed portion (6a) has permeability between the inside and the outside of the seal ring through the net-like space.
(FR) L’invention a pour objet une bague d’étanchéité résistante et perméable à l’air malgré une structure simple et un procédé de fabrication facile et à moindre coût. La bague d’étanchéité (A) est intercalée entre un élément latéral rotatif (3) et un élément latéral fixe (4) et scelle la partie entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur, placée entre les deux éléments (3) et (4), elle comprend un noyau (6) formé d’un corps de type filet, un élément d’étanchéité élastique (7) formé d’un matériau élastique intégralement fixé au noyau (6) de manière à pénétrer partiellement dans l’espace fileté du corps de type filet et une partie dénudée (6a) à partir de laquelle une partie du noyau (6) est mise à nu par le retrait d’une partie de l’élément d’étanchéité (7). La bague d’étanchéité (A) est caractérisée par le fait que, lorsqu’elle est intercalée entre les deux éléments (3) et (4), la partie dénudée (6a) permet une perméabilité entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur de la bague (A) via l’espace de type filet.
(JA) 簡単な構造でありながら、強靭で且つ通気性を有する新規なシールリングと製造コストの高騰を来たさない簡易なシールリングの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。回転側部材3と固定側部材4との間に介装されて、該二部材3、4間の内部と外部とを密封するシールリングAであって、網状体からなる芯材6と、一部が網目空間内に浸透した状態で該芯材6に固着一体とされた弾性材からなる弾性シール部材7と、該シール部材7の一部が除去されて上記芯材6の一部が露出された露出部分6aとよりなり、前記二部材3、4間に介装された状態では、該露出部分6aがその網目空間を通して前記内部及び外部間で通気性を保有することを特徴とする。
