A cast iron sliding member (200) used for the cylinder inner surfaces of hydraulic devices such as hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors and engine piston rings. The metallographic structure of the surface portion of the sliding member including its sliding surface (S1) comprises graphite (23), martensite (24) (first martensite) surrounding the outline of the graphite (23) in a bull's-eye state, and ferrite (21) positioned on the outside of the first martensite (24) and normal martensite (25) (second martensite). Thus, since oil sumps can be formed earlier on the sliding surface, the cast iron sliding member having excellent lubricity can be provided.

La présente invention concerne un élément coulissant (200) en fonte utilisé pour les surfaces intérieures cylindriques de dispositifs hydrauliques tels que des pompes hydrauliques, des moteurs hydrauliques et des segments de pistons de moteurs. La structure métallographique de la partie de surface de l’élément coulissant comprenant sa surface coulissante (S1) comprend du graphite (23), de la martensite (24) (première martensite) entourant le contour du graphite (23) dans un état œil de bœuf et de la ferrite (21) positionnée sur l’extérieur de la première martensite (24) et de la martensite normale (25) (seconde martensite). Etant donné que des carters d’huile peuvent être formés plus tôt sur la surface coulissante, il est donc possible de fournir un élément coulissant en fonte ayant d’excellentes propriétés de lubrification.

 油圧ポンプ、モータ等の油圧機器のシリンダ内面やエンジンピストンリング等に用いる鋳鉄製の摺動部材200において、その摺動面S1を含む表面部分の金属組織を、黒鉛23と、この黒鉛23の輪郭をブルズアイ状に取り囲むマルテンサイト24(第1マルテンサイト)と、この第1マルテンサイト24の外側に位置するフェライト21及び通常のマルテンサイト25(第2マルテンサイト)とから構成させるものとする。これにより、摺動面上に早期に油溜まりを形成可能とし、潤滑特性に優れた鋳鉄製の摺動部材を提供することができる。
