Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Nockenwellenverstelleinrichtung zum Verstellen einer Phasenlage einer Nockenwelle, mit einem Drehaktor, der einen Stator (45) und wenigstens einen axial verschieblichen Rotor (31) aufweist sowie mit einem Getriebe (10) , das zwischen zwei von wenigstens drei Wellen (11, 12, 13) angeordnet ist, wobei eine der Wellen als Stellwelle (13) vom Drehaktor beaufschlagt ist, eine der Wellen eine kurbelwellenverbundene Antriebswelle (11) und eine der Wellen eine nockenwellenverbundene Abtriebswelle (12) ist. Eine Nockenwellenverstelleinrichtung mit einer kostengünstigen und klein bauenden Verriegelung der Nockenwellenverstell einrichtung ist möglich, wenn wenigstens zwei der wenigstens drei Wellen (11, 12, 13) abhängig von Betriebsbedingungen miteinander drehstarr verriegelbar sind, indem zusätzlich zu einer den Drehaktor betätigenden Erregerspule (42) eine Hilfsspule (44) vorgesehen ist, die eine axiale Bewegung des Rotors (31) wenigstens in eine Richtung (20) bewirkt. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung einen Rotor für eine Nockenwellenvers telleinrichtung.
(EN) The invention relates to a camshaft adjusting device for adjusting a phase position of a camshaft, comprising a rotating actuator, which has a stator (45) and at least one axially displaceable rotor (31), and comprising a gearing (10), which is situated between two of at least three shafts (11, 12, 13), of which one of the shafts serving as a setting shaft (13) is acted upon by the rotating actuator, one of the shafts is an input shaft (11) connected to the crankshaft, and one of the shafts is an output shaft (12) connected to the camshaft. A camshaft adjusting device having a cost-effective and a compact locking of the camshaft adjusting device is made possible when at least two of the at least three shafts (11, 12, 13) can be locked in a rotationally fixed manner to one another according to operating conditions by providing, in addition to an exciting coil (42) that actuates the rotating actuator, an auxiliary coil (44), which causes the rotor (31) to axially move at least in one direction (20). The invention also relates to a rotor for a camshaft adjusting device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames servant à régler une position de phase d'un arbre à cames. Ce dispositif comprend un actionneur rotatif qui présente un stator (45) et au moins un rotor (31) mobile axialement, ainsi qu'une transmission (10) disposée entre deux d'au moins trois arbres (11, 12, 13), un des arbres étant un arbre de positionnement (13) sollicité par l'actionneur rotatif, un autre arbre étant un arbre d'entrée (11) relié au vilebrequin et le dernier arbre étant un arbre de sortie (12) relié à l'arbre à cames. L'objectif de l'invention est de créer un dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames qui présente un système de verrouillage économique et peu encombrant. A cet effet, pour qu'au moins deux des arbres (11, 12, 13) puissent être interverrouillés de façon rigide en rotation en fonction de conditions de fonctionnement, le dispositif selon l'invention comprend, en plus d'une bobine d'excitation (42) qui actionne l'actionneur rotatif, une bobine auxiliaire (44) qui entraîne un mouvement axial du rotor (31) dans au moins une direction (20). L'invention concerne en outre un rotor destiné à un dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames.
