Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a flexible tubular conduit (2) for transporting hydrocarbons comprising at least two metal sheathing covers (18, 20) which are separated by a plastic anti-wear layer (24) and each of which is produced by helically winding a metal longitudinal element, wherein said anti-wear layer (24) is produced by helically winding a plastic material strip. According to said invention, said plastic material comprises an amorphous polymer whose glass transition temperature ranges from 175 to 255 °C.
(FR) L'invention concerne une conduite tubulaire flexible (2) pour le transport des hydrocarbures, ladite conduite tubulaire flexible comprenant au moins deux nappes d'armures métalliques (18, 20) séparées par une couche anti-usure (24) en matériau plastique, chacune desdites nappes étant réalisée par enroulement hélicoïdal d'un élément métallique longitudinal, ladite couche anti-usure (24) étant réalisée par enroulement hélicoïdal d'une bande dudit matériau plastique ; selon l'invention, ledit matériau plastique comprend un polymère amorphe dont la température de transition vitreuse est comprise entre 175 et 2550C.
