Abstract
(DE) Es wird ein Gleitlagerverbundwerkstoff mit einer Trägerschicht aus einer Kupferlegierung und mit einer auf der Trägerschicht aufgebrachten Gleitschicht beschrieben. Die Kupferlegierung kann 4 - 11 Gew.% Nickel, 3 bis 8 Gew.% Zinn, ≤ 0,1 Gew.% Blei aufweisen. Die Gleitschicht kann eine galvanische Schicht, eine Sputter-Schicht oder eine Kunststoffschicht sein. Es werden auch Herstellungsverfahren angegeben.
(EN) The invention relates to a slide bearing composite material which comprises a support layer from a copper alloy and a bearing coating applied to said support layer. The copper alloy may comprise 4 to 11 % by weight of nickel, 3 to 8 % by weight of tin, $m(F) 0.1 % by weight of lead. The bearing coating can be a galvanic layer, a sputter layer or a plastic layer. The invention also relates to methods of producing such a composite material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau composite de palier à glissement comportant une couche support composée d'un alliage de cuivre et une couche de glissement appliquée sur la couche support. L'alliage de cuivre peut contenir 4 à 11 % en poids de nickel, 3 à 8 % en poids de zinc et 0,1 % en poids de plomb ou moins. La couche de glissement peut être une couche galvanique, une couche de pulvérisation cathodique ou une couche de plastique. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication de ce palier à glissement.
