(EN)This invention relates to a process for stereoselectively preparing a nucleoside of the following formula: wherein R3, R4, and B are defined herein. The process includes reacting a furanose compound with a nucleobase in the presence of a halide salt. Also disclosed is another process for stereoselectively synthesizing an intermediate that can be used to make the starting compound in the first-mentioned process.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation stéréosélectif d'un nucléoside répondant à la formule suivante : dans laquelle R3, R4, et B sont conformes à la définition fournie dans le présent document. Le procédé comprend la réaction d'un composé furanose avec une nucléobase en présence d'un sel d'halogénure.
