Abstract
(EN) A method is provided for making a coated article including an anti-etch layer(s) that is resistant to attacks by at least some fluoride-based etchant(s) for at least a period of time. In certain example embodiments, an anti-etch layer(s) is provided on a glass substrate in order to protect the glass substrate from attacks by fluoride-based etchant(s). In certain example embodiments, the anti-etch layer(s) is formed using at least one ion beam (possibly in combination with at least one sputtering target). In certain embodiments, a diamond-like carbon (DLC) inclusive layer(s) may be provided over and/or under the anti-etch layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un article revêtu comprenant une/des couche(s) anti-attaque chimique qui est/sont résistante(s) à des attaques par au moins un/des agent(s) d'attaque chimique à base de fluorure pendant au moins une certaine durée. Dans certains modes de réalisation donnés à titre d'exemple, une/des couche(s) anti-attaque chimique est/sont déposée(s) sur un substrat de verre de manière à protéger le substrat de verre contre des attaques par un/des agent(s) d'attaque chimique. Dans certains modes de réalisation données à titre d'exemple, la/les couche(s) anti-attaque chimique est/sont formée(s) à l'aide d'au moins un faisceau ionique (éventuellement combiné à au moins une cible de pulvérisation). Dans certains modes de réalisation, une/des couche(s) contenant du carbone de type diamant (DLC) peut/peuvent être déposée(s) sur et/ou sous la couche anti-attaque chimique.
