Abstract
(EN) A motor shaft for a micromotor where a high reduction rate can be obtained by a speed reducing gear mechanism and where high dimensional accuracy and durability of a pinion can be obtained. A pinion is integrally formed on the forward end side of a shaft, and the pinion has an outer diameter equal to or smaller than the diameter of the shaft. At least the portion of the pinion of the shaft is formed from a glassy alloy containing 50% in volumetric ratio of a glassy metal structure. Because the pinion can be sufficiently reduced in its diameter, a high reduction ratio can be obtained by a speed reducing gear mechanism. Further, since the at least the pinion portion is formed from the glassy alloy, the portion can have high dimensional accuracy and durability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un arbre de moteur pour un micromoteur où un taux de réduction élevé peut être obtenu au moyen d’un mécanisme d’engrenage de réduction de vitesse et où la précision dimensionnelle et la durabilité d’un pignon peuvent être obtenues. Un pignon est intégralement formé sur l’extrémité vers l’avant d’un arbre, et le pignon a un diamètre extérieur, égal ou inférieur au diamètre de l’arbre. Au moins la partie du pignon de l’arbre est formée à partir d’un alliage vitreux contenant 50% dans un rapport volumétrique d’une structure de métal vitreux. Du fait que le pignon peut être suffisamment réduit en diamètre, un rapport de réduction élevé peut être obtenu au moyen d’un mécanisme d’engrenage de réduction de vitesse. De plus, puisque la au moins partie de pignon est formée à partir d’un alliage vitreux, la partie peut avoir une précision dimensionnelle et une durabilité élevées.
(JA)  減速用ギヤ機構により大きな減速比を得ることができ、且つピニオンの高い寸法精度と耐久性が得られるマイクロモータ用のモータシャフトを提供する。  シャフトの先端側に、シャフトの外径以下の外径を有するピニオンを一体的に形成するとともに、このシャフトのうち少なくともピニオン部分を、ガラス質金属組織を体積率で50%以上含むガラス質基合金で構成した。ピニオンを十分に小径化できるため、減速用ギヤ機構により大きな減速比を得ることができ、また、少なくともピニオン部分がガラス質基合金で構成されるため、ピニオン部分を高い寸法精度と耐久性を備えたものとすることができる。
