A method includes establishing a first radio link with a serving network entity and a second radio link with a target network entity, commencing a soft handover from the serving network entity to the target network entity, receiving a quality target from a network comprising the serving and target network entities, and applying the quality target only to the first radio link to generate a power control command.

La présente invention concerne un procédé comprenant l'établissement d'une première liaison radio avec une entité réseau d'origine, et d'une seconde liaison radio avec une entité réseau cible; le commencement d'une opération de transfert sans coupure de l'entité réseau d'origine à l'entité réseau cible; la réception d'une cible de qualité d'un réseau comprenant les entités réseau d'origine et cible; et l'application de la cible de qualité uniquement à la première liaison radio, afin de produire une commande de régulation de puissance.
