Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein abgedichtetes Radialwälzlager (1), insbesondere Radlager eines Kraftfahrzeuges, welches im Wesentlichen aus einem äußeren Lagerring (2) und einem inneren Lagerring (3) sowie aus einer Vielzahl zwischen den Lagerringen (2, 3) abrollenden Wälzkörpern (4) besteht, die durch einen Lagerkäfig (5) in gleichmäßigen Abständen zueinander gehalten werden. Dabei erstreckt sich beidseitig axial beabstandet zu den Wälzkörpern (4) zwischen den Lagerringen (2, 3) jeweils ein radial angeordnetes Dichtelement (6), welches eine oder mehrere mit dem äußeren Lagerring (2) verbundene Dichtlippen (8, 9) aufweist, die an einem mit dem inneren Lagerring (3) durch einen Presssitz verbundenen Schleudernring (10) zur Anlage kommen. Erfindungsgemäß besteht der Schleuderring (10) des Dichtelementes (6) aus einem einfachen kaltverformbaren Stahlblech und weist eine galvanische Korrosionsschutzbeschichtung (13) mit zinkhaltigen Bestandteilen auf, durch deren kathodische Schutzwirkung sowohl Rostunterwanderungen des Schleuderrings (10) an dessen Presssitz zum inneren Lagerring (3) als auch Korrosionsansätze im Bereich der Anlage des Dichtlippen (8, 9) am Schleuderring (10) vermeidbar sind.
(EN) The invention relates to a sealed radial rolling bearing (1), in particular a wheel bearing for a motor vehicle, which substantially comprises an outer bearing ring (2) and an inner bearing ring (3) and a plurality of rolling bodies (4) which roll between the bearing rings (2, 3) and are held with uniform spacing relative to one another by means of a bearing cage (5). Here, in each case one radially arranged sealing element (6) extends between the bearing rings (2, 3) at each side at a distance axially from the rolling bodies (4), said sealing element (6) having one or more sealing lips (8, 9) which are connected to the outer bearing ring (2) and come into contact with a centrifugal ring (10) which is connected by means of a press fit to the inner bearing ring (3). According to the invention, the centrifugal ring (10) of the sealing element (6) is composed of a simple cold-formable steel sheet and has a galvanic corrosion prevention coating (13) with zinc-containing constituents, the cathodic protective action of which can prevent both rust infiltration at the press fit between the centrifugal ring (10) and the inner bearing ring (3) and the onset of corrosion in the region of contact between the sealing lips (8, 9) and the centrifugal ring (10).
(FR) L'invention concerne un palier de roulement à charge radiale (1) étanche, en particulier un roulement de roue de véhicule automobile, constitué essentiellement d'une bague de roulement extérieure (2) et d'une bague de roulement intérieure (3) et d'une pluralité d'organes de roulement (4) roulant entre les bagues de roulement (2, 3), ces organes de roulement (4) étant maintenus à intervalles réguliers les uns par rapport aux autres par une cage de roulement (5). Un élément d'étanchéité (6) à disposition radiale s'étend de chaque côté à distance axialement des organes de roulement (4) entre les bagues de roulement (2, 3), cet élément d'étanchéité (6) présentant une ou plusieurs lèvres d'étanchéité (8, 9) qui sont reliées à la bague de roulement extérieure (2) et qui viennent en appui contre une bague d'étanchéité (10) reliée à la bague de roulement intérieure (3) par ajustement serré. Selon l'invention, la bague d'étanchéité (10) de l'élément d'étanchéité (6) est constituée d'une simple tôle d'acier déformable à froid et elle présente un revêtement anticorrosion (13) électrolytique comprenant des composants contenant du zinc, l'effet de protection cathodique de ce revêtement permettant d'éviter les infiltrations de rouille au niveau de l'ajustement serré de la bague d'étanchéité (10) vis-à-vis de la bague de roulement intérieure (3) de même que les points de corrosion au niveau de l'appui des lèvres d'étanchéité (8, 9) contre la bague d'étanchéité (10).
