Abstract

Foamable compositions based on rigid organic polymers such as polyvinyl chloride contain as the plasticizer a blend of a) a liquid oligomeric ester of phthalic acid, at least one aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or a mixture thereof; and b) a total of at least 15 weight percent, based on total plasticizer, of at least one ester of benzoic acid and/or an alkyl-substituted benzoic acid.

Cette invention concerne des compositions expansibles à base de polymères organiques rigides tels que du chlorure de polyvinyle, contenant en tant qu'agent plastifiant un mélange composé comme suit: (a) ester oligomère liquide d'acide phtalique, au moins un acide dicarboxylique aliphatique ou un mélange de ce dernier; et (b) un total d'au moins 15% en poids, par rapport au plastifiant total, d'au moins un ester d'acide benzoïque et/ou d'un acide benzoïque substitué alkyle.
