(EN)Disclosed is a photodetection unit having good mounting workability. Disclosed is a photodetection unit (1) wherein two fitting structures (30) are fixed to the back surface of a supporting substrate (20) which is made of a fired ceramic body. In the manufacturing process of the photodetection unit (1), each fitting structure (30) is joined to the back surface of the supporting substrate (20) after forming the fired ceramic body by firing a laminate of green sheets. Consequently, the fitting structures (30) can be accurately arranged on the back surface of the supporting substrate (20), thereby improving the mounting workability of the photodetection unit (1).
(FR)L’invention concerne une unité de photodétection ayant une bonne facilité de montage. La présente invention concerne une unité de photodétection (1) où deux structures de montage (30) sont fixées sur la surface arrière d’un substrat de support (20) qui est fait d’un corps en céramique cuite. Au cours du procédé de fabrication de l’unité de photodétection (1), chaque structure de montage (30) est jointe à la surface arrière du substrat de support (20) après formation du corps en céramique cuite par la cuisson d’un stratifié de feuilles vertes. En conséquence, il est possible de disposer précisément les structures de montage (30) sur la surface arrière du substrat de support (20) et d’améliorer ainsi la facilité de montage de l’unité de photodétection (1).
