Abstract
(EN) Provided is a balanced crank assembly (10) having a crank shaft (12) with spaced main shaft portions (14) arranged along an axis and one or more crank portions (16) arranged between adjacent main shaft portions and radially from said axis. The assembly also has a connection rod (18) associated with a crank portion. The connection rod is pivotal connected to a piston (20) and a corresponding crank portion. A balancer member (38) is rotatably mounted off centre on the crank portion, and a positioning arrangement (52,46,56) is arranged to cause the balancer member to rotate relative to the corresponding crank portion when the associated connection rod moves to thereby provide a balancing effect. The positioning arrangement has a first positioning element (56) arranged to move with said corresponding crank portion, and a second positioning element (52) arranged to cause the balancer member on said corresponding crank portion to rotate relative thereto when said first positioning element moves. The balancer member for the crank portion is arranged on one side of the associated connection rod, and the second positioning element is rotatably mounted to the associated connection rod.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme à manivelle équilibrée (10) muni d'un arbre à manivelle (12) avec des portions d'arbre principal espacées (14) disposées le long d'un axe et une ou plusieurs portions de manivelle (16) disposées entre les portions d'arbre principal adjacentes et radialement par rapport audit axe. Le mécanisme est également doté d'une tige de liaison (18) associée à une portion de manivelle. La tige de liaison est reliée de manière pivotante à un piston (20) et à une portion de manivelle correspondante. Un organe équilibreur (38) est monté en rotation légèrement en dehors du centre de la portion de manivelle, et un dispositif de positionnement (52, 46, 56) est disposé pour entraîner la rotation de l'organe équilibreur par rapport à la portion de manivelle correspondante quand la tige de liaison associée se déplace pour obtenir ainsi un effet d'équilibrage. Le dispositif de positionnement est muni d'un premier élément de positionnement (56) disposé de façon à se déplacer avec ladite portion de manivelle correspondante, et un deuxième élément de positionnement (52) disposé pour entraîner la rotation de l'organe équilibreur sur ladite portion de manivelle correspondante par rapport à celle-ci quand ledit premier élément de positionnement se déplace.
