Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to new macrolide compounds represented by the general structure I, wherein M is a macrolide, P is a photo-affinity group bearing subunit containing biotin, and L is a linking molecule, and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates, to processes and intermediates for their preparation and to the use of these compounds for Hie macrolide target identification.
(FR) L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés macrolide représentés par la structure générale (I) dans laquelle M désigne un macrolide, P désigne un groupe à photo-affinité portant une sous-unité contenant de la biotine, et L désigne une molécule de liaison. L'invention concerne en outre les sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables et les solvates de ces composés, ainsi que des procédés et des produits intermédiaires pour leur préparation. Elle concerne également l'utilisation de ces composés pour l'identification cible de macrolide Hie.
