Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates in some aspects to methods of using functional connectivity brain mapping to assess predictive markers of selecting therapeutic agents, therapies, and/or treatment regimens based on predictive markers of CNS diseases that are determined using functional connectivity brain mapping. The methods of the invention are also useful for predicting whether a subject will or will not respond to a particular therapeutic agent or therapy.
(FR) L'invention concerne dans certains aspects des méthodes d'utilisation de la cartographie cérébrale de la connectivité fonctionnelle afin d'évaluer des marqueurs prédictifs, ainsi que de sélection d'agents thérapeutiques, de thérapies, et/ou de schémas thérapeutiques en fonction de marqueurs prédictifs de maladies du SNC qui sont déterminées à l'aide de la cartographie cérébrale de la connectivité fonctionnelle. Les méthodes de l'invention sont également utiles pour prédire si un sujet va ou non réagir à un agent thérapeutique ou à une thérapie particuliers.
