Abstract

The invention relates to a device for heat sealing two layers of foil material. To that end, the device comprises two blocks arranged opposite each other and conveying means for guiding the foil material between these blocks. Between the blocks, at least one heating element is provided, for heating the foil locally, and at least one circulating belt (20), which, in use, is guided along the blocks. The circulating belt (20) is built up from at least one layer of resilient material, so that a force applied by the blocks to the foil material is uniformly distributed over the sealing seam to be formed. The invention further relates to a circulating belt for use in a device according to the invention.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour thermocoller deux couches de matériau en feuille. Le dispositif comprend pour ce deux blocs disposés à l’opposée l’un de l’autre et des moyens de transport pour guider le matériau en feuille entre ces blocs. Au moins un élément chauffant est prévu entre les blocs, pour chauffer localement la feuille ainsi qu’au moins une courroie de circulation (20) guidée, en fonctionnement, le long des blocs. La courroie de circulation (20) est fabriquée à partir d’au moins une couche de matière élastique, de façon à ce que les blocs appliquent une force sur le matériau en feuille de façon à la répartir uniformément sur le joint de fermeture à former. La présente invention concerne en outre une courroie de circulation utilisée dans un dispositif selon l’invention.
