A safety warning light emitter (6) according to the present invention includes a button cover (12) tightly attached to a housing (8) at the bottom of an upper opening of the housing (8), a printed circuit board (20) located on the upper surface of a fixing member (30), the printed circuit board (20) having a light emission diode blink control chip mounted thereon, a push button (16) located on the printed circuit board (20), and a plurality of surface mounted device light emission diodes (26) connected to the printed circuit board (20). The fixing member (30) is fitted into the housing (8), while the surface mounted device light emission diodes (26) are positioned at the outside of the fixing member (30), and then the fixing member (30) is integrally fixed to the housing (8) by welding. A base (10), which has batteries (38) received therein, is coupled to the housing (8).

La présente invention concerne un émetteur lumineux d'avertissement de sécurité (6) comprenant un cache bouton (12) fermement fixé à un logement (8) au fond d'une ouverture supérieure du logement (8), une carte de circuits imprimés (20) située sur la surface supérieure d'un élément de fixation (30), une puce de commande de clignotement de diodes électroluminescentes étant montée sur ladite carte de circuits imprimés (20), un bouton poussoir (16) situé sur la carte de circuits imprimés (20), ainsi qu'une pluralité de diodes électroluminescentes pour montage en surface (26) connectées à la carte de circuits imprimés (20). L'élément de fixation (30) est ajusté dans le logement (8) tandis que les diodes électroluminescentes pour montage en surface (26) sont positionnées à l'extérieur de l'élément de fixation (30), l'élément de fixation (30) étant ensuite intégré au logement (8) par soudage. Une base (10), dans laquelle des piles (38) sont placées, est couplée au logement (8).
