There are provided a device and a method for effectively manufacturing a solid-electrolyte capacitor having a preferable ESR value at a low cost. In a solid-electrolyte capacitor manufacturing device, a plurality of conductors for solid-electrolyte capacitor are fixed to a capacitor manufacturing jig. The jig is transported to above a treatment liquid bath and the conductors are successively soaked into the liquid for electric communication, thereby forming a dielectric layer and a semiconductor layer in the conductors. The capacitor manufacturing jig has a plurality of sockets for fixing the end of the lead pulled from the conductors. A robot device inserts and fixes the end of the lead into the socket.

La présente invention met à disposition un dispositif et un procédé pour fabriquer efficacement un condensateur à électrolyte solide présentant une valeur ESR préférable à bas coût. Dans le dispositif de fabrication de condensateur à électrolyte solide, une pluralité de conducteurs pour condensateur à électrolyte solide sont fixés à un outil de montage de condensateurs. L’outil est transporté au-dessus d’un bain de liquide de traitement et les conducteurs sont trempés successivement dans le liquide pour la communication électrique, formant ainsi une couche diélectrique et une couche de semi-conducteurs dans les conducteurs. L’outil de fabrication de condensateurs comporte une pluralité d'emplacements pour fixer l'extrémité du fil de sortie des conducteurs. Un dispositif robotique insère et fixe l’extrémité du fil de sortie dans l’emplacement.

 効率的かつ廉価に均一でESR値が良好な固体電解コンデンサを製造するための製造装置及び製造方法の提供。  複数の固体電解コンデンサ用導電体をコンデンサ製造用冶具に固定し、前記冶具を処理液槽上に移送し、導電体を順次処理液に浸漬して通電することにより導電体に誘電体層及び半導体層を形成する固体電解コンデンサの製造装置において、コンデンサ製造用冶具に前記導電体から引き出したリード線の端部を固定するための複数のソケットを設け、ロボット装置により前記ソケットに前記リード線の端部を挿入固定することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサの製造装置及びこれを用いた製造方法。
