An electric parking brake apparatus for a vehicle includes a state information outputting part (120) and a control part (66). The state information outputting part (120) outputs information regarding a state of operation of a parking brake for example to a navigation device (20). The control part (66) instructs the state information outputting part (120) to output the information regarding a state of operation of the parking brake. The state information outputting part (120) outputs the information regarding a state of operation of the parking brake, in particular indicating said parking brake being actuated, even when a power (V1) of the control part (66) is turned off.

L'invention concerne un appareil de frein de stationnement électrique destiné à un véhicule et comprenant une partie d'émission d'informations d'état (120) et une partie de commande (66). La partie d'émission d'informations d'état (120) transmet des informations relatives à un état de fonctionnement d'un frein de stationnement, par exemple, à un dispositif de navigation (20). La partie de commande (66) donne des instructions à la partie d'émission d'informations d'état (120) selon lesquelles celle-ci doit émettre les informations relatives à un état de fonctionnement du frein de stationnement.
