A thin slide unit where an endless circulation path for balls is constructed by combining two ball plates having track-like ball grooves formed in them, wherein the balls are smoothly circulated in the unit constructed only by directly joining the two ball plates without use of a guide plate, thereby smooth reciprocation of a slider relative to a guide rail is realized. The endless ball circulation path of the slider is constructed by setting the two ball plates, having track-like grooves formed in them, opposite to each other and directly joining the ball plates together. When edge sides of the two ball plates are placed opposite to each other, a load opening for causing the balls in the endless circulation path to be in contact with a rolling groove of the guide rail is formed and, also, a scooping-up section for lifting the balls from the rolling groove to guide them into the endless circulation path is formed.

L’invention concerne une unité à glissière mince dans laquelle un chemin de circulation de billes sans fin est formé par association de deux plateaux à billes pourvus de gorges à billes de type canal. Les billes circulent de façon uniforme par jonction directe des deux plateaux à billes sans l’aide d’un plateau de guidage, ce qui permet à un coulisseau d’effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient uniforme sur un rail de guidage. Le chemin de circulation de billes sans fin du coulisseau est formé en plaçant les deux plateaux à billes pourvus de gorges à billes de type canal l’un en regard de l’autre et en les joignant directement. La mise en regard des bords des deux plateaux à billes forme une ouverture de chargement pour amener les billes présentes dans le chemin de circulation sans fin au contact d’une rainure de roulement du rail de guidage. Une partie de ramassage est également formée pour soulever les billes de la rainure de roulement et les placer dans le chemin de circulation sans fin.

 トラック状のボール溝が形成された2枚のボールプレートを組み合わせてボールの無限循環路を構成する際、ガイドプレートを用いることなく、これら2枚のボールプレートを直接結合するのみでボールを円滑に循環させ、案内レールに対するスライダの円滑な往復動を実現することが可能な薄型スライドユニットを提供する。スライダのボール無限循環路は、トラック状のボール溝が成形された2枚のボールプレートを互いに向かい合わせ、これらボールプレート同士を直接結合して形成されており、2枚のボールプレートの縁辺が互いに対向することにより、無限循環路内のボールを案内レールの転走溝に接触させるための負荷開口部が形成されると共に、かかる転走溝からボールを持ち上げて無限循環路内に誘導する掬い上げ部が形成される。
