An image encoding/recording/reading device generates an original image encoding stream by encoding an original image to be encoded, generates a local decoding image used for a motion compensation prediction, acquires a difference image between the local decoding image and the original image to be encoded, encodes the difference image to generate an encoded stream of the difference image, records the encoded streams of the generated original image and the difference image in an accumulation memory, and adds the images obtained by decoding the encoded streams read from the accumulation memory so as to generate an added image.

Dispositif de codage/enregistrement/lecture d’image générant un flux de codage d’image originale en codant une image originale à coder, générant une image de décodage local utilisée pour une prévision de compensation de mouvement, acquérant une image de différence entre l’image de décodage local et l’image originale à coder, codant l’image de différence pour générer un flux codé de l’image de différence, enregistrant les flux codés de l’image originale générée et de l’image de différence dans une mémoire d’accumulation, et ajoutant les images obtenues en décodant les flux codés lus à partir de la mémoire d’accumulation afin de générer une image ajoutée.

 符号化対象原画像を符号化して原画像符号化ストリームを生成すると同時に、動き補償予測に使用する局部復号画像を生成し、当該局部復号画像と符号化対象原画像の差分画像を取得し、差分画像を符号化して差分画像の符号化ストリームを生成し、生成された原画像と差分画像の両符号化ストリームを蓄積用メモリに記録しておき、再生時に、蓄積用メモリから読み出した上記の両符号化ストリームのそれぞれを復号して得られたそれぞれの画像を加算して加算画像を生成する。
