A photocurable resin material (41) is irradiated with light (27) in a mold (24, 25). The light (27) passes through the photocurable resin material (41) around masks (35). The photocurable resin material (41) cures around the masks (35). Thus, the outer shape of a molded part can be formed based on the mold (24, 25). On the other hand, the masks (35) partially intercept the light (27). The photocurable resin material (41) leaves uncured regions (42) behind the masks (35). Removing the uncured photocurable resin material (41) remaining in the uncured regions (42) gives, for example, holes. When the masks (35) formed are fine ones, fine holes can be easily formed in a short time. Thus, a molded part having fine holes can be easily mass-produced.

Selon l’invention, une matière à base de résine photodurcissable (41) est irradiée de lumière (27) dans un moule (24, 25). La lumière (27) traverse la matière à base de résine photodurcissable (41) en passant autour de masques (35). La matière à base de résine photodurcissable (41) durcit autour des masques (35), ce qui permet d’établir la forme extérieure d’une partie moulée en fonction du moule (24, 25). Les masques (35) bloquent également partiellement la lumière (27). La matière à base de résine photodurcissable (41) présente donc des régions non durcies (42) derrière les masques (35). Le retrait de la matière à base de résine photodurcissable non durcie (41) subsistant dans les régions non durcies (42) produit, par exemple, des trous. Lorsque les masques (35) sont fins, il est possible de former rapidement des trous fins. L’invention permet donc la fabrication en série d’une pièce moulée dotée de trous fins.

 型(24、25)内で光硬化樹脂材料(41)に光(27)が照射される。光(27)はマスク(35)の周囲で光硬化樹脂材料(41)を透過する。マスク(35)の周囲で光硬化樹脂材料(41)は硬化する。こうして型(24、25)に基づき成型部品の外形は形作られることができる。その一方で、マスク(35)は光(27)を部分的に遮断する。光硬化樹脂材料(41)ではマスク(35)の陰に未硬化領域(42)が形成される。未硬化領域(42)に残存する未硬化の光硬化樹脂材料(41)が除去されれば、例えば孔は形成されることができる。マスク(35)が微細に形成されれば、簡単に短時間で微細な孔は形成されることができる。微細な孔を有する成型部品は簡単に量産されることができる。
