Abstract
(EN)
[PROBLEMS] To provide a guide device enabling a standard slide cover divided into split bodies and accurately positioned to be fixedly mounted at the axial both ends of a moving block body and preventing its displacement from occurring in use. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This guide device comprises a moving block assembled in a track rail movably relative to each other. The moving block body is formed in such a shape and a size that its cross section orthogonal to the axial direction can be assembled in the track rail at the intermediate position of the track rail. The side cover (24) is formed of the split bodies (24-1) and (24-2) laterally divided in the right and left directions. A projected pin (26) for positioning is installed on the divided surface of one split body (24-1) and a hole (27) for positioning into which the pin for positioning is fitted is formed in the divided surface of the other split body (24-2). The pin for positioning is fitted into the hole for positioning to form a side cover assembly, and the side cover assembly is fixedly mounted at both ends of the moving block body in the relative moving direction with fixing screws (28-1) and (28-2) passed through fixing screw holes formed in the split bodies (24-1) and (24-2).

L’invention concerne un dispositif de guidage permettant à un capot latéral standard divisé en corps en deux parties et positionné avec précision d’être monté solidement au niveau des deux extrémités axiales d’un bloc mobile de façon à le bloquer en cours d’utilisation. Le dispositif de guidage selon l’invention comprend un bloc mobile monté dans un rail de façon mobile. Le bloc mobile possède une forme et une dimension telles que sa section transversale orthogonale à la direction axiale puisse être montée dans une position intermédiaire du rail. Le capot latéral (24) est formé de corps en deux parties (24-1) et (24-2) divisés latéralement dans les directions droite et gauche. Une broche de positionnement saillante (26) est montée sur la surface divisée d’un corps en deux parties (24-1) et un trou de positionnement (27) recevant la broche est ménagé dans la surface divisée de l’autre corps en deux parties (24-2). La broche de positionnement est insérée dans le trou de positionnement pour former un ensemble de capot latéral, et l’ensemble de capot latéral est monté solidement au niveau des deux extrémités du bloc mobile dans la direction de déplacement relatif à l’aide de vis de fixation (28-1) et (28-2) insérées dans des trous à vis de fixation ménagés dans les corps en deux parties (24-1) et (24-2).

【課題】標準的な側蓋を分割し、該分割した両分割体を高精度で位置決めし、移動ブロック本体の軸方向両端に取付け固定でき、且つ使用中に位置ずれを起すことのない案内装置を提供すること。 【解決手段】軌道レールに相対移動自在に組み付けられた移動ブロックを備えた案内装置において、移動ブロック本体は軸方向直交断面を軌道レールに該軌道レールの中間で組み込み可能な形状寸法とし、側蓋24は幅方向に左右に分割した分割体24−1、24−2で構成され、一方の分割体24−1の分割面に突出する位置決め用ピン26を設けると共に、他方の分割体24−2の分割面に該位置決め用ピンが嵌入される位置決め用穴27を設け、該位置決め用ピンを該位置決め用穴に嵌入して側蓋組立体とし、分割体24−1と24−2に設けた固定用ビス穴に固定用ビス28−1、28−2を通して側蓋組立体を移動ブロック本体の相対移動方向両端に取付け固定する。
