Abstract

A braking system includes a power supply supplying electrical power, and first and second brake components at least partially operated by electrical power. A first power supply network electrically connects the power supply and the first brake component, and a second power supply network electrically connects the power supply and the second brake component, the power supply networks being adapted to transmit the electrical power from the power supply to the first and second brake components respectively. An auxiliary power supply link is activatable to electrically connect the first power supply network and the second power supply network only when a failure occurs in one of the first power supply network or the second power supply network, the auxiliary power supply link adapted to transmit the electrical power between the first power supply network and the second power supply network only when the failure occurs.

Cette invention concerne un système de freinage comprenant un bloc d'alimentation fournissant de l'énergie électrique, ainsi qu'un premier et un deuxième composant de frein actionnés au moins partiellement par de l'énergie électrique. Un premier réseau d'alimentation en énergie relie électriquement le bloc d'alimentation au premier composant de frein, tandis qu'un deuxième réseau d'alimentation en énergie relie électriquement le bloc d'alimentation au deuxième composant de frein, les réseaux d'alimentation en énergie étant conçus pour transmettre l'énergie électrique du bloc alimentation au premier et au deuxième composant de frein, respectivement. Une liaison d'alimentation en énergie auxiliaire peut être activée pour relier électriquement le premier réseau d'alimentation en énergie et le deuxième réseau d'alimentation en énergie uniquement en cas de défaillance dans le premier ou le deuxième réseau d'alimentation en énergie, la liaison d'alimentation en énergie auxiliaire étant conçue pour transmettre l'énergie électrique entre le premier réseau d'alimentation en énergie et le deuxième réseau d'alimentation en énergie uniquement lors de la défaillance.
