Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung eines Polymerisatpulvers mit verbesserten Pulvereigenschaften sowie dessen Verwendung als Schlagzähmodifier für Hart-Polyvinylchlorid (PVC)-Anwendungen. Der Schlagzähmodifier besteht aus Emulsionspolymerisatteilchen, die eine Kern-Schale-Struktur aufweisen, wobei die Schale aus einem harten Polymerisat und der Kern aus einem weichen, vernetzten Kautschukpolymer besteht.

The invention relates to the production of a polymer powder with improved pulverulent characteristics and to the use of said powder as an impact-resistance modifier for hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) applications. The impact-resistance modifier consists of emulsion polymer particles with a core-shell structure, said shell being composed of a hard polymer and the core of a soft, vulcanised rubber polymer.

La présente invention concerne la production d'une poudre polymère aux propriétés améliorées ainsi que son utilisation comme modificateur de résistance au choc dans les applications du polychlorure de vinyle (PVC) rigide. Ce modificateur de résistance au choc est composé de particules de polymère en émulsion ayant une structure noyau-enveloppe, l'enveloppe étant réalisée dans un polymère rigide et le noyau dans un polymère caoutchouc réticulé souple.
