The present invention relates to a method of deriching a stream of liquefied natural gas by extracting a natural gas liquid comprising inter alia the steps of: heating the stream of liquefied natural gas (1) in a first heat exchanger arrangement (5) ; splitting it into at least a first portion (17) and a second portion (19); passing the first portion (17) to a distillation column (21) and passing the second portion (19) to a second heat exchanger arrangement (26) and then supplying it (20) to the distillation column (21) from which a natural gas liquid stream (35) and an overhead vapour stream (40) are withdrawn; - passing the overhead vapour stream (40) to the second heat exchanger arrangement (26) to form an intermediate deriched condensate stream (49) of which at least a portion is thereafter passed to the distillation column.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant d'appauvrir un flux de gaz naturel liquéfié par extraction de gaz naturel liquide, comprenant notamment les étapes consistant à chauffer le flux de gaz naturel liquéfié (1) dans un premier dispositif (5) échangeur de chaleur, à fractionner ce flux en une première partie (17) et une seconde partie (19), à faire passer la première partie (17) dans une colonne de distillation (21), et à faire passer la seconde partie (19) dans un second dispositif (26) échangeur de chaleur, puis à l'introduire (20) dans la colonne de distillation (21), et à extraire de cette dernière un flux de gaz naturel liquide (35) et un distillat de tête sous forme de flux de vapeur(40), à faire passer le flux de vapeur (40) du distillat de tête dans le second dispositif (26) échangeur de chaleur, afin de former un flux intermédiaire de condensat appauvri (49) dont une partie au moins est ensuite transférée dans la colonne de distillation.
